What does the deck and fence project process look like?

Every project starts with an on-site consultation, where one of our estimators evaluates your existing conditions and discusses materials and options. From there, our carpentry team handles installation, and we finish with any needed prep, staining, or painting so the final result looks great and lasts for years to come.

What railing options are available for my deck?

We install a range of railings, from traditional wood to prefabricated metal and composite options, plus custom metal railings for a more tailored look. Your estimator can recommend the best option based on your home's style and budget.

Do you repair fences or only build new ones?

We do both. We handle spot repairs on gates, boards, posts, or full sections, and we also install new fencing, gates, arbors, and privacy screens from the ground up.

What decking materials do you install?

We install tongue and groove fir porch flooring, composite decking, cedar, hardwoods, and thermally modified products like Thermory and Kebony. Composite is a popular choice for homeowners who want to avoid the ongoing maintenance that wood decking requires in Seattle's wet climate.

Should I repair my deck or replace it entirely?

If the framing is solid and only a few boards or railings are damaged, a repair extends the life of your existing deck at a lower cost. If the framing is compromised or the deck is showing widespread rot, a full replacement is usually the better long-term investment, and we'll walk you through both options during your estimate.
